We are a wrecking yard in Coolaroo which deals in dismantling and supplying others in the Automotive industry with quality parts for European vehicles.
We are looking for an energetic customer focused Admin Assistant & (All Rounder)
Automotive knowledge is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.
To be successful you are required to:
– Excellent customer service
– Previous experience in office work and reception is highly regarded but not essential
– Have general computer knowledge
– MYOB knowledge will be an advantage
– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Show strong attention to detail
– Be able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment
– Must supply up-to-date resume and cover letter with application (see below)
Your duties will include however not be limited to:
– Providing a high level of customer service to customers
– Greet customers when arriving to our shop
– Manage incoming calls and customer enquiries via email and drop-ins
– Schedule vehicle bookings for repair and services within our company
– Place orders with suppliers
– Maintain good communication with suppliers in regards to orders, promotions and offer opportunities.
– Order processing
– Maintain verbal and written correspondences with suppliers & customers
– Quote customers on vehicle parts and services
– Writing up service invoices and taking payments from customer
– Making sure office and waiting room is in a clean and presentable manner
This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday.
